DESCRIPTION: Come along and connect with us during this summer solstice. \n\nMyself & Rachel RWTherapies – Family Wellbeing & Therapies are creating a relaxing sacred space just for you & other beautiful souls who feel called to join us. \nClick here to get your ticket\nTraditionally a time to honour the sun and celebrate the light that it brings on the longest day, bringing with it new energy for the summer.\nIt can spark growth, new beginnings & an abundance of joy. The perfect time to create and manifest your dreams!!\nWe will come together not only to celebrate the summer solstice, but to celebrate you, nature & life. Inviting in an abundance of joyful energy.\n We will start with a grounding meditation to help you connect and calm your busy mind.\n While you feel in a calm state, we invite you to journal, we will supply you with some journal prompts for inspiration and allow your thoughts to flow onto the paper.\n Then we will all get involved in creating a beautiful nature mandala. A wonderful mindful activity to help keep you present and centred. Appreciating the beauty and connecting with nature.\n To complete the evening, you will be invited to get comfortable and ready to receive some wonderful Reiki healing energy from myself and Rachel’s sound bath.\n We are sure you will leave feeling completely calm, content and uplifted.\nThere will be time for some water and a summery platter as refreshments. The studio will have a summery vibe and some little surprise gifts along the way!\nBring along a blanket for reiki & sound healing.\nYou may wish to bring along an eye mask/pillow and if you love crystals, bring them with you to have on your mat.
