Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Your Appointment
I operate a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you are unable to make your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Please be aware there will be a charge of 50% of the service charge for any cancellation made between 12 – 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Less than 12 hours notice the full treatment cost will be incurred.
No Show
If you do not turn up for your appointment without prior notice, the full treatment cost will be required. Also a non-refundable booking fee will be required prior to any future appointments made.
Late Arrivals
Please inform me as soon as possible if you are running late for your appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and a charge incurred. Or the session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients while the full session fee will still apply.
Booking & Payment Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance through the available booking system (Fresha) or agreed communication method.
Payment is required in person, immediately following the session, depending on the service provided.
No up front deposits are taken, however clients must add payment card details when booking an appointment.
An email confirmation via Fresha will then be sent to you once you have fully completed all the booking steps, including confirming that you understand & agree to the payment policy by entering your card details.

The Soul Sanctuary with Lucy does not sell or accept Gift Vouchers.
Client Confidentiality & Privacy
The Soul Sanctuary with Lucy respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients. Any personal information shared during appointments, consultations or communications will be treated with the utmost discretion. Information discussed during sessions will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Client records and contact details are stored securely and used only for purposes related to providing services, managing appointments and communicating relevant information. Sessions are held in a safe, respectful and non-judgemental environment.

Holistic Therapy & Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer
All services offered by The Soul Sanctuary with Lucy, including but not limited to Crystal Healing, Angelic Reiki, Tera Mai Seichem and Reflexology, are complementary holistic
therapies intended to support relaxation, energetic balance and overall wellbeing.
Sessions may also include intuitive or spiritual guidance as part of the healing process. Any
spiritual insight, intuitive messages, or guidance shared during a session are offered for personal reflection and empowerment only.
These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
Clients are responsible for their own health and wellbeing and are advised to consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
Holistic therapies and intuitive guidance are complementary practices and should be used alongside, rather than as a replacement for, conventional medical care.
While many clients experience positive benefits from holistic therapies, results may vary from person to person and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
By booking a session with The Soul Sanctuary with Lucy, clients acknowledge that they understand the nature of holistic and intuitive services and accept full responsibility for their personal health decisions.
Client Health & Responsibilty
Clients must inform the practitioner prior to treatment of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications or other health concerns that may affect their session.
Holistic therapies are tailored to support wellbeing, however it is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant health information that may impact treatment.
The Soul Sanctuary with Lucy reserves the right to decline or modify treatments where necessary for the safety and wellbeing of the client.
Scope Of Practice
Practitioners at The Soul Sanctuary with Lucy provide spiritual, holistic and complementary therapies designed to support wellbeing, relaxation and energetic balance.
Services provided do not replace medical care, mental health treatment or professional healthcare services.
Practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or interfere with medical treatment plans.
Aftercare Guidance
Following holistic or energy healing sessions, clients may experience a variety of responses as the body and energy systems integrate the treatment. This may include deep relaxation, emotional release, increased awareness or temporary shifts in energy levels.
Clients are encouraged to support their wellbeing after sessions by:
• Drinking plenty of water
• Allowing time for rest and integration
• Avoiding alcohol or stimulants for the remainder of the day where possible
• Engaging in gentle or reflective activities
Each individual may respond differently to holistic therapies and experiences will vary. If any health concerns arise following a session, clients are advised to consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
